KC Summer Camp 2024

• Kansas City Summer Camp July 2024

  • When : July 15-18 

  • Cost : Skaters- $450

  Goalies- $200

• What's Included in a Day : 

-75 minutes on ice skill development

-30 minutes on ice small area game competitions

-1-hour off-ice dry land training (plyometrics, sprint work, etc.)

-30-minute seminar explaining the importance of nutrition, mental strength, and health

-30 minutes off-ice stickhandling

*Campers will receive a camp jersey and stickhandling ball
